Synopsis
Colonel Blimp 1902. Deux officiers, un anglais et un allemand, se battent en duel pour des propos mal tenus. Blesses, ils finiront par se lier d'amitie. Ils se retrouveront opposes en 1914, puis allies quand l'Allemagne devient la proie du nazisme et que l'allemand vient trouver refuge a Londres.
